Trio uses specialised world leading automated machinery imported directly from the USA in order to create the highest possible quality printing.

Whether your print job is from 30 garments to thousands of garments, with the latest technology we guarantee your last print is as good as the first print. With the latest technology in screen registration systems, our machine is able to be setup quickly, making it feasible for us to run small and large orders.

Screen Printing in a nutshell

Method in which ink is applied directly to the surface to be printed (ie: t-shirt). The image/design is photographically transferred to a very fine fabric (the screen) such that the non-printing areas are blocked off and the fabric serves as a stencil. The ink is wiped across the screen to pass through the unblocked pores and reach the substrate. For each color to be printed a separate screen is prepared and the process is repeated.

Helpful Tips

Artwork

Your print is only as good as your artwork and in most cases a suitable vector file is required, especially when printing 2 or more colours.

Talk to us if you need help with your design or you only have access to a low quality file.

Budget

Set up charges are necessary to every screen printing order. If you only have a few garments to print then these charges can mean a very expensive order.
We recommend only printing 1 or 2 colours for low runs to keep your costs down. Or use an alternative like Heat Transfers.

Beyond t-shirts…

Tea towels, tote bags, unsewn fabric (for fashion designers), pillowcases and more...
If it has a flat surface and can withstand our heat dryers then chances are we can print it.
Keep in mind that we are unable to print over seams, zips and some textures.
