Embroidery

Embroidery is the perfect way to customise apparel and brand merchandise with a classic look and a high-end feeling. Trio has a top-of-the-line Barudan embroidery machine onsite. Which means you get a quality embroidered logo without compromise. And because we have our own machine it means you get to talk directly to our embroidery operator and get first hand advice to ensure your expectations are met.

Embroidery is an excellent option for corporate uniforms, school uniforms, sports teams and retail level merchandise. Helpful Tips

Artwork

All we need is your logo as a clean and crisp image. No need for redraws.
Embroidery colours are much more limited than printing with ink. We'll do our best to choose the best colour to match your current branding.
Embroidered logos look best on heavier fabric like jackets, fleeces and most polos. Thin fabric such as T-shirts are better to have screen printing or heat transfer logos.

Budget

Embroidery is great if you have small quantities. Pricing is based on the number of stitches in your logo. Busy logos or large logos will require more stitches, therefore are more expensive. We'll always provide a quote before we commence with any order.

SET-UPS
New logos require a set-up charge (usually $40.00+gst). This is so we can convert your logo to a embroidery file, edit colours and do the first stitched sample to ensure you're getting what's expected.

Limitations

Embroidery is not suitable for very small text. Anything under 5mm can be difficult to get a readable result. In some cases we can simplify your logo but still retain the integrity of your business brand. We will identify any problem areas straight away.

NOVELTY JOBS
We try to avoid one-off novelty designs. The set-ups are not cost effective when just doing a single unit. We recommend a minimum of 10, or less if we know you'll be repeating your order in the future.
